MEET THE CREATOR

Maria Roch, born in Barcelona, holds a degree in fashion design. After working with designer Antonio Miró, Maria opened her first multi-brand store in Barcelona, followed two years later by her second, a concept store. After its success, four years later, Maria launched her first single-brand store in Barcelona. Her latest project has been to create her own world of values in a predominantly white space, showcasing her purest collection. Not only can you find Maria's collection, but her signature designs are now also available for those who wish to wear white.

She remains loyal to fine materials, such as all types of silk, which are her greatest allies. She is fascinated by color palettes and always tends to work with different and innovative colors; therefore, she usually uses five solid colors in each collection she creates by mixing pigments. She is a great lover of color and the way silk drapes on every body.

Maria Roch is committed to helping every woman believe in the beauty of her body and the value of her personality through ethereal, high-quality, natural, and colorful garments.

She subscribes to the motto: "Quality before quantity" and it is very important to her who is behind each garment, because we work exclusively with small family factories with whom we have created a very close and trusting relationship.

Meet Maria

It is difficult for me to talk about a single origin or how it all began, because it really began in different ways. In fact, when I talk about my origins in the world of fashion, I conceive it as having a rounded and hard shape that is breaking little by little, almost like an egg.

At first, I was one of many students in a large class where everyone talked and dreamed a lot. Everyone tried to give their best, they tried to inspire each other. But after years of study, inspiration, projects and wanting to know what's going on out there, one day comes when you have to take your last step before flying, the final thesis. The same project that brings together what you have been absorbing for 4 years. Your cover letter. Your “first shoes” to start walking.

Then came Antonio Miró. With him I learned and realized many things. Among them, that my objectives and goals were not as far away as I thought. If there were people who achieved them, why should I be less? I needed to try all these ambitions that have haunted me since I was a child. I wanted to fight my own experience, fall and get up as many times as necessary, of course, under my own weight.

So I closed my eyes and took the plunge.
